rssPARKING FOR FANS WITH DISABILITIES

In order to accommodate guests needing mobility assistance, please follow these guidelines for designated disabled parking: An authorized sticker or placard is required to park in designated accessible areas. Guests who have purchased reserved wheelchair and/or companion seats will receive parking passes for a reserved accessible parking area in close proximity to their grandstand. In addition there are general accessible parking areas available on a first come, first served basis.

· Parking Lot 1 Front side (North) of Speedway, requires PARKING PASS or DISABLED PERMIT (Parking pass available free of charge with purchase of reserved wheel-chair grandstand seat.)

· Parking Lot 6 Backstretch of Speedway, requires PARKING PASS or DISABLED PERMIT (Parking pass available free of charge with purchase of reserved wheel-chair grandstand seat.)

An authorized state-issued sticker, placard or license plate is required to park in designated accessible areas. The person whom the pass was issued to must be in the vehicle. Law Enforcement Officers regularly perform checks to verify the permit holder’s presence in the vehicle. Accessible (disabled permit or license) parking areas on the Frontstretch in Lot 1, on the Superstretch in Lot 6 (inside Gate 50) and in Lot 10 (when open) are designated for car and light truck (i.e. pickups and vans) vehicles. These accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversize vehicles are not permitted and will be directed to alternate areas. Please note that the Lot 1 A (Daytona 500 Experience®), a portion of Lot KC-H (former dogtrack), plus Lot 6 A (Superstretch) are the only guaranteed reserved disabled parking at the facility. These reserved accessible parking spaces are available at no charge for guests who purchase accessible wheel¬chair seating in the Grandstands. Speedway guests with disabilities without reserved parking passes may be directed to park in the accessible section of the Lot, into which traffic is being directed, based on available spaces and the traffic pattern that is in effect at that time of arrival.
